Due to the personalized, time-sensitive, and digital nature of our services and products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases, including but not limited to:

Classes, workshops, or courses

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
Missed appointments ("no-shows") are non-refundable.
Clients arriving significantly late may have their session shortened or canceled without refund.
Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned. Once access has been granted, no refunds will be issued.

Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in the refusal of future services and the submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.

Exceptions
